Reference Code 202202095-80517 Duties and responsibilities Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment, energy optimization, common system improvement. Ensure facilities utilities support to production with minimum / no production downtime. Develop maintenance program and tracking. Professional competencies Degree in Engineering, preference in Mechanical or Electrical or Automation (PLC SCADA) field. Experience in Facility instrumentation and PLC SCADA system (or BMS), mechanical HVAC process system (Chiller, AHU, pump, air compressor, exhaust etc.) and Cleanroom Grade C & D monitoring system. Experience in Facility maintenance and operations, using SCADA or HMI to control and adjust desired process PID loop, manage alarm. Experience & knowledge in instrumentation. Able to use Autocad or viewer, read and understand P&ID dwg, cricuit diagram and construction drawing. Experience from Building M&E construction background, project installation for facility system is a an added advantage. Experience working with MNC company as internal/ external inhouse contractor in facility field is an added advantage. Must be able execute efficiently by completing tasks and projects successfully.
