Job Description

In your new role you will: Project Management (Process, Bulk and Spec Gases) Design and Contractor Management Leadership of an operations and Maintenance team (Specialists) Manage and maintaining Facility Bulk, Specialty Gas supply and Gas Detection System with higher performance and zero downtime. Close operations with TGM and QAG business partners in documentation, operation, maintenance and safety procedure. Interacts and communicates with manufacturing, equipment & process engineering, utility suppliers in a support role Plans and controls facility infrastructure maintenance related to Facility Bulk, Specialty Gas supply and Gas Detection system. Oversees and involve in contract trade groups during project periods Works on facility projects together with team members Participates in setting and reaching department goals Works on safety formalities for facility area together with EHS and setting goals for own area Contributes to cost saving and control planning. Prepares for surveys and proposes new/modified specification, parameter and system requirements Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Working experience at least 5 years Chemical, Waste Management, Process and/or Electrical/Electronics educated Computer literate Responsible and excellent team work Knowledgeable with project management process flow Safety consciousness Good planning skills Having ISO9000/14000 background Hands On technical items Good supervisory and leadership skills Pay attention to details - details oriented Innovative and cost control mindset Can work under pressure Proactive Benefits What we offer you in Kulim In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
