Job description
In your new role you will:
- He/She is in charge to provide detailed knowledge of BIM software applications including Revit, AutoCAD, Navis Works, and other software utilized for clash detection, space management and design of the utility piping sizing
- Manage utilities hook-up space management and provide detail drawings to the hook-up team to deal with hook-up business partners for infrastructure & new facilities system installation related to expansion, equipment hook-up, distribution planning, and provide engineering support for capacity management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or otherrelevant disciplines
- Professional Certificate in BIM Management or other BIM related disciplines is highly desirable
- Well-versed in 2 or more different BIM modelling software such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley Aecosim and Navisworks
- Knowledge in Computational BIM tools like Dynamo, Generative Components and Collaboration platforms like Project wise, BIM 360,Revizto is added advantage
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and is self-driven and highly motivated
- Has prior experience leading a team of BIM Modelers for various projects
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience with equipment hook-up in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience with ISO drawing, AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Project software
