Provide 2nd level support in the area of account and identity management to our internal employees
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide 2nd level support in the area of account and identity management to our internal employees
- Help to define, re-work and secure global processes related to account and identity management
- Support to upgrade of the existing infrastructure to the newest technologies
- Participate in a global team
- Build expertise in Account and Identity Management related topics supporting a global team
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Completed a Degree in IT with IT background or have similar job experience
- Have at least 3 to 5 years experience working with related IT systems
- Good knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.) and other data sources (LDAP, ADLDS)
- Good and fast understanding of complex IT processes
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Excited to learn and review new technologies
- Hands-on team player with high-quality awareness
- Interested to work in a global team spread over different time zones
- Have good communications skills
- Reliability and accuracy are key for this role
