Company located at Tampoi, Johor Bahru since 1985 ; specialized in Single Sided Printed Circuits Boards, Double Sided PCBs and Multilayer PCBs production. We are inviting suitably qualified and dynamic persons to join us.

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering activities for new and existing PCB manufacturing projects. Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and data packages, ensuring compliance with requirements. Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and cost efficiency. Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex process or quality issues. Guide and review data preparation, panelization, and tooling design from the CADCAM section. Collaborate with Sales, Production, and QA to ensure smooth execution of customer projects. Ensure all engineering practices comply with ISO/IATF standards and customer-specific requirements. Support and lead APQP/PPAP activities, including FMEA and process capability validation. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and engineering assistants. Prepare detailed reports, including monthly engineering performance reports, and present to management.

Requirements:

Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of working experience in PCB manufacturing or pre-production engineering. Strong knowledge of PCB process flow, including lamination, drilling, plating, imaging, surface finish, and testing. Proficiency in reading and analyzing mechanical and PCB drawings. Practical experience in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle customer communication directly and provide engineering solutions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
