Senior Engineer Maintenance
Job Description
In your new role you will: Independent delivery of a defined set of tasks / areas that increases with the mastery of the following responsibilities: Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding non-conforming product or equipment outputs using state-of-the-art semiconductor process equipment in one selected assigned area. Priorities multiple activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving, advanced process control & statistical process control methods. Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, equipment suppliers, and process engineering in a support role Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree/Master in Engineering. Approximately 1,5-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry Ability to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed. Ability to identify and resolves problems Interpersonal skills to communicate and translate knowledge with high technical and complex information locally & globally Benefits What we offer you in Kulim In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
