Job description
In your new role you will:
- Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available
- Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach
- Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes
- Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics
- Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement.
- Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities
