Your Contribution

• Develop & Design Firewall and network security strategy for office and production network.
• Develop & Design LAN/WAN Routing Concept
• To propose and perform firewall System built, upgrades and patches.
• Support Tier 2 and 3 Firewall and LAN Network incidents and escalations or troubleshooting.
• Manage Firewall management system such as CISCO ISE and FMC.
• Coordination of new firewall or LAN network equipment installation in the IT infrastructure environment.
• Communication with Cisco for TAC case creation.
• Support Firewall Audit and Change Control review and preparation within the team.
• Work with IT Security on Firewall related Security topics.
• Manage CISCO VPN gateways, users, tickets and configuration.
• To work in shift and participate in on Call Rotation
• Document Network Changes using Word/VISIO etc.
• Review firewall ruleset and LAN configuration.
• Keeps up to date on technology supported by the network operations team and ensures familiarity with modern technologies that may be supported by the operations team in the future.
• Mentoring and managing Junior Staff Members
• Implement Change Requests such as Firewall Rules, VLAN Changes etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or related field with at least 6 years hands on experience
• CCNP Security preferred, CCIE is an advantage.
• Hands on experience with Cisco Firewall such ASA, Firepower and other brand like Fortigate.
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following CISCO Switches, Access Points
• Experience with at least one of the following products CISCO ISE, Prime, DNA, FMC, CSM
• Have depth understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 routing - IP Subnetting, VLAN, VTP, STP
• Experience with DDI Systems i.e. Solarwinds
• Experience with System Monitoring i.e. PRTG, Nagios, Solarwinds Experience with Troubleshooting Tools
• Experience with Proxy Servers and Content Filters i.e. Bluecoat, Forcepoint, Linux Socks Proxy
• Experience with ITIL Tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience with Network Backup and restore procedure
• Experience with CISCO SNTC
• Able to work shift and on-call rotation
