Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for new technology transfer, production setup and qualify running in Kulim plant.
- Committed to KPI performance, support production ramp and drive for achieving quality, yield stability of technology after release.
- Sensitive to deviation and support on time risk lots assessment and provide fast feedback to unit processes to prevent further impact on products & production.
- Lead a change on responsible technology whenever needed.
- Be able to lead on technical topics across functional, cross technologies projects
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Material Science/Physics/Electronic Engineering (Semiconductor)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
- Knowledge in semiconductors physics, passionate in technical on products and processes of power devices
- In depth knowledge in all type of analysis and problem solving methodologies e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma & DOE.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office is essential, excellent in communication skills.
