Job description
- Responsible for process integration and support of technology transfers
- Drive integration and ramp-up of new technologies into production
- Perform optimization and adaptation of process modules
- Analyze complex technical problems and find solutions using methodical problem-solving techniques
- Support of production in case of line deviations
- PhD, Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree in the Engineering field
- 1 - 5 years of working experience in direct wafer fab
- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Good experience in problem solving methodologies
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels ofpersonnel
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical and leadership skills & a goodteam player
- Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups across different site functional teams
