Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for new technology transfer, production setup & ramp support; qualify running in Kulim plant.
- Committed to KPI performance, support production ramp & risk lots handling; drive for achieving quality & yield stability of technology after release.
- Sensitive to deviation, support on time risk lots' assessment and provide fast feedback to related unit processes to prevent further impact on products and processes in production.
- Lead a change on responsible technology whenever needed.
- Be able to lead on technical topics across functional, cross
- technologies projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in MaterialScience/Physics/Micro-electronic.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in Semiconductor industrypreferred
- Knowledge in semiconductors physics; passionate in technical onproducts and processes of power devices
- In depth knowledge in all type of analysis and problem solvingmethodologies e.g. 8D, SPC,
