un design of experiments and generate failure analysis/electrical characterizations report. D
rive root cause and corrective actions (RCCA) with Product Line, Fabrication Plants and Final Manufacturing Teams. C
oordinate & interface with internal stakeholders on failure analysis and to drive resolutions to all problems during these processes to meet business objectives.

achelor or Master Degree in Physics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent P
ossess strong technical skills in debugging and problem-solving P
ossess strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, C++,Perl, etc.) G
ood understanding of semiconductor devices fabrication process, device physics and functionality. A
ble to act as an individual contributor and work with multiple groups G
ood communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal &analytical skills F
