In your new role you will:

• Drive yield, cost and quality improvement for responsible product, as well as collaboration with FE, assembly, clusters and business divisions
• Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance
• Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects
• Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCRB and any platforms to ensure safe release
• Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation and 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause
• To lead cross functional project and improvement team to achieve project target and goal.
• To provide technical guidance on product test engineering related topics and task

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics/Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) or other any other relevant engineering discpline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in semiconductor product and testing or related field
• Excellence communication skill, self-driven individual with ability to engage and collaborate well in cross functional team
• Working knowledge of back-end, development and quality systematic and tools
