• Define the yield roadmap and drive the fulfillment during ramp-up and volume production together with PRM
• Identify and realize measures for yield improvement, test optimization and product costturability methods
• Technical interface between the component development team and the production side (Front End and Back End), during the development phase or after qualifications when the high volume production is running.
• SBA/AYR/ Electrical Bin set-up, control and monitoring for the respective product.
• Buyoff/release Test HW (DIB/DUT/MTU/PTU)
• Support of BE test program release (TPAC/TCRB)
• Support for Engineering sample run, test program setup
• Support in AMSA run for tester /equipment buy off
• Owner to release the STDF data merge executation file.
• Support in FAR Product test data analysis and customer audit
• Performs 5S at all time, including at shopfloor, office and within the whole company.

• Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• Experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering and Device Testing will be an added Advantag
