In your new role you will: Support the new test hardware/test methodology development, product yield monitoring and improvement. Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon\'s quality and reliability standard thru robust test package development, buyoff and release process Work with product developer to define and execute new test requirement on new/existing product from first engineering sample to process freeze phase of defined product lines. Provide technical support to operational test setup related topic based on product/test knowhow and troubleshooting skills, Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause. Responsible to feedback and drive BU TE for all test package lesson learn. Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline. Fresh or few years of experience in product, yield and test engineering. Broad knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly and quality system. Fresh or few years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry.
