Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), work instructions, and related technical documents. Ensure compliance with quality standards and liaise with customers to address and resolve quality-related issues. Lead problem-solving initiatives to drive technical improvements and enhance product reliability. Provide process engineering support to cross-functional departments such as Production, Quality Control, Sales, and Supply Chain. Optimize production processes through continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Deliver technical support for all engineering and technical issues that arise during operations. Handle projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, ensuring a safe and sustainable workplace.

Requirements

Education

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in: Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Engineering (Mechanical) Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) Or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft AX. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to fulfill customer requests and demands effectively. Able to work independently to solve issues. Possess teamwork spirit and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft AX will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of

3 years of working experience

in a related field. Preferably a

Senior Engineer or Senior Executive

specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
