About the Role

Are you an experienced

Microsoft 365 & Intune

specialist looking for an exciting challenge? Join our team as a

Senior Engineer

, where you'll play a critical role in

platform administration

and drive

security, compliance, and endpoint management

for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Manager (Intune):

Efficiently deploy and manage devices, application control, application packaging, Windows OS/application patching, and policy management.

Security & Compliance:

Implement security policies and configure threat protection to safeguard corporate assets.

Identity Management (Entra ID):

Maintain user identities, authentication, and access controls to ensure secure access.

Microsoft Defender:

Optimize endpoint security and manage Microsoft Defender, including reporting and monitoring.

Teams & Collaboration:

Oversee MS Teams management, including collaboration features and meeting rooms.

OneDrive for Business:

Manage file storage, synchronization, and sharing functionalities.

Ticket Management:

Ensure assigned tickets are maintained in a

hygienic state

at all times.

Requirements:

You will have extensive experience in

Managing/ Maintaining infrastructure and associated platforms in a Managed Services Environment Able to lead workshops that identifies trends and problems with customer environments Familiar with organisation patching activities including software packaging / deployment Microsoft Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS Group Policy) Windows version servicing i.e SOE update/ Device management Virtualisation : Vmware, Azure

(legacy) - Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager
