Job Description
Develop leading edge high voltage wafer technology, define new devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
In your new role you will:
- Develop leading edge high voltage wafer technology, define new devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
- Develop methodologies for continue process / device improvement and reliability verification.
- Work with cross-functional international teams to certify processes and qualify new products.
- Plan, coordinate and analyze process experiments to derive necessary process optimization
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/AppliedPhysics/Material Science/Chemistry
- 3-5 year of working experience in semiconductor industry. Front end fab experience will be an advantage.
In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
