About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Test Automation Engineer

to join our dynamic engineering team in

Kuala Lumpur

. This role involves leading the test automation strategy, building reliable frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You'll collaborate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and drive automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

automated test frameworks

and test scripts. Lead and implement

test automation strategy

aligned with business objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and ensure proper integration into CI/CD pipelines. Perform unit, functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure product quality. Develop and maintain automated tests using

Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework

. Monitor test results, identify root causes, and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure stability and scalability of test systems. Keep documentation updated -- including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Stay current with the latest tools and trends in test automation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

3 years' experience

in

test automation

or software testing. Strong hands-on experience with

Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework

. Familiarity with

CI/CD tools

(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and source control (

Git

). Excellent understanding of

unit, functional, and integration testing

. Proficient in one or more programming languages:

C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript

. Experience with

performance and load testing

tools is a plus. Exposure to

Ad-tech

or

.NET platforms

is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
