Job Description
Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level.
- Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake.
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process.
- Support in machine buy0ff (repeat order only).
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- Min. 3 years related (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage ).
- Responsible for process and quality improvements and sustainability.
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on Quality and Productivity.
- Establish, review and update all process documentations e.g. PFMEA.
- Trust and respect other.
