Job Description
Conducts in depth analyzes and evaluations to characterize failure in terms of extent damage and gives dispositions on implications attributed to process flow, handling material defect or machine trouble.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Supervises work activities of engineers assigned at Plating area.
- Monitors Identifies, Verifies, and Analyzes and gives disposition on low yielding devices and QA rejected lots.
- Develops, Evaluates, and Implements product process flow to Improve Yield, Quality and Productivity.
- Review process requirements, customer specifications and standard operating procedures. Initiate modification/revision of some to improve and simplify process by preparing process instructions.
- Conducts sample evaluation and trial runs on qualification lot to determine process capability as against customer and specification.
- Regularly review the quality deviation notices and recommends appropriate solutions to the line problem.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
- relevant 3 - 5 years working experience.
- Experience in plating industry will be an advantage.
