Job description
In your new role you will:
Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level
- Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM
- Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake.
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 3 years working experience (Semiconductor Engineering will bean added advantage
- Test & Mark Scan Pack (MSP) handler know-how (experience with Rasco SO3000 will be added advantage)
- Having experience in leading and driving project (Cost saving/Quality)
- Strong analysis skill with statistic approach
- Good understanding on Auto-vision system & control
- Good understanding on Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gauge Reproducibility and Repeatability (GRnR)
- Good understanding on 8D and able to prepare 8D report
- Familiar Process Documentation (APA, OJTI, FMEA)
- Familiar with DMAIC (Candidate with 6 sigma belter will be an added advantage)
