Job Functions:

ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities such as:

• Executing task assign by project manager
• Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support request, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order)
• Manage BOM (Bill of Material) and component inventory
• To submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) tracking
• Project coordination
• Manage manufacturing prototype job or qualification job request
• New component part number creation (Experiences with electronic component attributes is a plus)
• Experience in PCB layout activities such as schematic and component symbol creation is a plus
• To work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams such as PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing, and others based on project requirement.
• Responsible for Product Lifecycle Management task such as ECO, MCO and phase-out notice change.
• Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing team.

Position Requirements:

• This position requires a diploma or degree with relevant working experience.
• Candidate must have good experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams.
• Candidate must have tool and process knowledge of Agile and Oracle.
• Ability to work, learn independently and to manage time effectively in a fast-paced high-tech work environment.
• Positive team player & passionate in problem solving.
• Multi-tasking.
• Ability to set priorities to meet regular deadlines.
