Job Description


Conceptualizing theme ideas

  • Supports development of the event programmes
  • Working with clients to identify their needs and work out an event proposal to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Event planning, design and execution within time limits
  • Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment and promotional material
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Responsible to send press release to media
  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
  • Planning budgets and presenting post-event reports

  • Essential skills in communication, organization, time management, creativity, leadership, adaptability, problem solving, attention to detail and budgeting
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Flexibility
  • Passion
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in event management
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
