Job Description


Conceptualizing theme ideas Supports development of the event programmes Working with clients to identify their needs and work out an event proposal to ensure customer satisfaction Event planning, design and execution within time limits Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment & promotional material Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day Responsible to send press release to media Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event Planning budgets and presenting post-event reports Essential skills in communication, organization, time management, creativity, leadership, adaptability, problem solving, attention to detail and budgeting Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships Ability to manage multiple projects independently Flexibility Passion Ability to keep calm under pressure Minimum 3 years\' experience in event management Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or related field Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-dreamax-entertainment-sdn-bhd-job-senior-event-organiser-0]
