Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably with experience in audit/accountancy firm;
• Preferred industry Manufacturing and Production, Retail & Merchandise, Transportation & Logistics and General & Wholesale Trading.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure and committed to meet tight reporting deadlines;
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Resourceful, independent and good teamwork
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel and Word
• Proficient in SQL accounting is a plus

• Set up and preparation of monthly management accounts for the company and subsidiaries, full set accounts;
• Review management accounts prepared by accounts assistant / accounts executive;
• To carry out a full spectrum of the accounting/finance/ management reporting of Group and its client;
• Assist in preparation of the budget and financial forecast;
• Liaise with the associates, external auditor, company secretary, regulatory authorities and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements;
• To assist in corporate exercise which includes preparation of internal control, audit , corporate structure, tax planning, corporate governance, Pre-IPO planning, and other related corporate activities;
• Experienced in preparation of group consolidated accounts and financial projections are added advantages.
