We are looking to find the most talented Regional Senior Marketing Executive (Advertising Operations) to grow our ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) business. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role is based in Malaysia and is responsible for actively executing and shaping ZAP through exciting cross-market campaigns and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on campaigns for the most exciting fashion and lifestyle brands across the region.

This role will be part of the ZAP Advertising Operations Team, which focuses on the management and execution of ZALORA Brands\xe2\x80\x99 marketing campaigns across ZALORA Advertising Solutions. Overall, your key responsibility is to ensure that all campaigns are executed efficiently and the management of roll-out timelines across different projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the coordination and operational flow of Creative briefs across Marketing channels to ensure end-to-end delivery of Brand Asset requests for ZAP Campaign launches.
• Working closely with the Account Managers to understand the key Brands\xe2\x80\x99 asset requirements to ensure quality of creative services.
• Develop and maintain B2B Marketing collaterals to communicate requirements for ZALORA Platform Services, such as Brand Asset Repositories, Advertising Specification Guidelines and more.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improving cross-department workflows with a keen understanding of respective stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 processes.
• Develop and enhance automation workflows in place with continuous monitoring to assess workflow performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee the roll-out of microsite / storefront solutions with external vendors and internal teams.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing/Business or similar subject
• You have 2-3 years of experience working in ecommerce, advertising agencies environments, or within a project management role.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Tableau, Airtable, Trello, and Mixpanel is good to have
• Familiarity with basic HTML programming languages.
• You have strong communication skills and have had experience working in cross-functional teams.
• You are process and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re self-motivated and are proactive in proposing solutions.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia will be a huge plus.
