Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting the asset management team in formulating and execute asset management strategies for real estate portfolio to optimise the revenue of the assets.
- To verify, organise and analyse date of the Company\'s properties/assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
- Present the analysis on the current portfolio status and strategy for future growth based on macro and microeconomics levels.
- Research on real estate, real estate investment fund related and economic trends.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business of any related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in related field required for this position.
- Must be wise and comfortable with numbers
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
- Well-spoken and presentable.
