Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of all aspects on tenancy and efficient management of tenants Account management and adherence to tenancy policies, standard operation procedures and update approval through close monitoring and follow-up with internal and external clients. Monitor progress of targeted yearly revenue and timely issuance of invoice / billings Promptly update and monitor accounts, the status of tenancy and occupancy, yield, and assist in debt management. Report and update on status of tenancy, occupancy rate, and yield as and when requested by internal departments and Heads or higher authority. Contract management and compliance to terms and conditions of agreement. Strict adherence to discretionary authority limits, policies, and standard operation procedures related to tenancy management. Good in data analysis and report writing. Account management and great inter-personal communication. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Tenancy Management, Facility Management or Finance 3 - 5 years of working experience in a related field Good in data analysis and report writing Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal, communication, writing skills, team player and computer literate. Positive working attitude, meticulous attention to details, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
