Position Title

Senior Executive, Backoffice Automation

Report To

Lead Automation Centre of Excellence

Position Summary

Facilitate or develop solution and business process improvement in implementing the target operating model to reflect the new ways of working in the manner that the solution operates as designed or industry best-practise.

Key Accountability

Assist in aligning business architecture of the solution in an integrated solution environment (including third party solution) to ensure the overall business operating efficiency through embedded technology and automation. Support departments the full utilization of invested technology for benefits and innovative use of technology to achieve business objectives in term of operating revenue and costs, resource productivity and customer service delivery . Collaborate with Data Strategy and Governance team on safeguard the reliability, accuracy and timeliness of data in the solution as defined by the business requirements. Maintain and update a repository of impacted processes across the whole organization and escalate for any potential discrepancy or deviation for necessary rectification or ratification in accordance with the applicable guidelines and policies. Ensure adherence to the stipulated applicable guidelines on usage of IT and communication technology to regulatory bodies, authorities, service delivery partners and aircraft operating manuals in accordance to corporate policy and manuals

Qualification & Working Experience

Master or Degree in Business Administration or Process Engineering or IT/Computer Science or any related discipline 3-4 years of experience in IT; experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage

Areas of Experience

Business Analyst or System Development Life Cycle Financial and Investment Analyst (Business Case Development) Programme Management (of multiple concurrent dependant projects) Basic understanding of Operations system environment
