Job Scope, Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities
Team leader of the building's maintenance and operations.
Monitor & ensure all preventive maintenance work as scheduled.
Attend to customer complaints and provide good feedback to superior.
Monitor upgrading & renovation work by tenant/landlord.
Identify cause of breakdown/system failure for all related services of building and provide recommendation on rectification job.
Conduct thorough and detailed inspection of the building on daily basis to determine the overall physical condition of the building.
Manage the effectiveness of the service providers.
To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by your superior or any other persons designated by the company.
Scope
To attend to all the matters pertaining to maintenance aspect of common areas and to ensure rectifications are carried out within the time stipulated under the ISO procedures.
Job Competence Profile
Reliable and able to attend to any emergency call out of working hours.
Good knowledge in centralized chiller system, air handling units, water cooled package units and energy management system.
Good leadership skills with excellent customer service oriented.
Basic understanding of ISO procedures, MSC Status Building and Green building requirement.
Experience in maintenance and housekeeping for high rise building.
