Coordinate Tenant fit-out activities which include ensuring tenant submit documents and comply with the building\'s requirement within the agreed timeframe.
Review Tenant\'s submitted drawings and ensure compliance to the Fit-Out Manual and local authorities\' requirement.
Ensure Tenants understand the Tenant Fit-Out Manual including the requirements and processes.
Regular inspection to ensure all statutory compliance especially those related to Tenant fit-out works are strictly adhered to.
Review and recommend improvement (if any) for related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including Tenant Fit-Out Manual and relevant Forms / Checklist to remain relevant.
To monitor fit out work and ensure contractors comply with approved design and address any technical issues that may arise.
To carry out inspection before opening with Safety and Building Services Department upon completion of fit out works and certify compliance.
To supervise rectification works in close liaison with Contractors and Leasing, Safety and Building Service Department in the event of non-compliance.
Project management for any improvement/retrofit or refurbishment work or energy savings projects.
To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by your superior or any other persons designated by the company.
Job Competence Profile :
Possess relevant certificate / experience in Fit-Out activities such as renovations and reinstatement works.
IT literate and capable of acquiring and applying detailed legal, technical and regulatory information.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under minimum supervision in fast pace environment.
Knowledge of authorities\' regulations related to fit-out or reinstatement works.
