As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization make data-driven decisions and achieve its strategic goals.Responsibilities:Stakeholder management: Interact with various people/departments to gather business requirements and understand needs to generate the right outputs.Reporting: Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to various stakeholders.Data Visualization: Develop interactive and visually compelling data visualizations using BI tools like Looker studio, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar platforms.Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a central data warehouse.Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data quality controls and validation procedures.Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business processes and strategies.Documentation: Document data analysis processes, reports, and data models for knowledge sharing and training purposes.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.SKILLSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a \xe2\x80\x98must-have\xe2\x80\x99 for the role:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsKnowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques (not essential).EXPERIENCEBachelor\'s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker studio, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar.SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.BENEFITSWork-Life at #TeamTeleportHot desks - On site work with flexible workspace arrangement and provide you with a change of scenery.Unlimited training - You will have access to a wide range of learning resources including Notion!Ditch the Suit & Tie - Be comfortable as you are, express your inner Fashionista\xe2\x80\xa6 as long as it\'s not a birthday suit!Vacation and time away - Sometimes you need to recharge and come back energized!
