Job Description


Senior Executive, Business Development will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market reach. The personnel will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, promoting travel services, and enhancing brand presence in the Muslim-Travel industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential clients for travel packages, tours, and travel services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including corporate clients,travel agents, and individuals.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through active lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Promote the companys products and services through presentations and strategic pitches.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities in the travel industry.
  • Analyze competitor strategies in order to remain competitive by offering unique travel solutions.
Partnership Development:
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers.
  • Establish partnerships to enhance the travel agencys offerings and services, ensuring exclusive deals and promotions.
Marketing & Branding:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the creation of content for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
Travel Expertise & Consultations:
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel destinations, services, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the travel industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
