Job Summary

General Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire fit-out process, including all required drawings submission, site valuations, work permit application, handovers and pre-opening inspections.

2. Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment, analysis and budgeting purposes.

3. Organize and lead meetings with the mall fit-out teams, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders.

4. Performs hands-on, fit-out coordination works with contractors and malls fit-out team.

5. Liaising and working closely with internal departments, logistics, contractors and landlords to ensure timely completion of projects.

6. Conduct regular site visits and monitor site work quality to ensure work compliance with approved submissions and mall regulations.

7. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising work quality if and when applicable.

8. Manage daily maintenance issues and equipment upkeep for outlets.

9. Take charge of maintenance issues following renovation projects as needed.

10. Undertake any special projects or tasks assigned by superiors or management.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

1. Experience in dealing with contractors and mall fit-out teams is an advantage.

2. Proficient in project management with strong teamwork skills.

3. Knowledge of fit-out standard operation procedures, architectural, M&E and construction methodologies.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with mall fit-out teams and contractors.

5. Must be able to travel outstation and work as and when required.

Education

1. Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

Work Experience

1. Minimum 3 years working experience in retail/F&B industry or shopping mall fit-out department.
