Senior Executive, Campaign Management

Job Description


This role will be primarily be involved in the creation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for ZALORA and will be based in Malaysia. They will gain hands-on experience in developing and executing campaigns strategy and general exposure to various channels of online marketing in the context of the fast-growing field of fashion e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute onsite campaigns based on major events, trends/themes, seasonality, merchandise mix.
  • Understand and utilize various analytics to gain insights on campaign performance
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Work on major initiatives and events,
  • Tackle c business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor them
  • Conduct descriptive & quantitative analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision making
  • Work closely with Onsite Management and various Squad teams to design experimentation methodology, and evaluate A/B test results
  • Contribute to project initiations by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Interested in fashion and beauty and keeps abreast of current trends
  • Can multitask and meet deadlines while being detail-oriented
  • Generally tech-savvy - can pick up on new tools quickly
  • 2-3 years working experience will be a plus
  • Project management and business analytics experiences will be a plus
