Assist the Manager (Corporate/Commercial Unit) in drafting, reviewing, advising on and completing various corporate/commercial agreements, including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, tenancy/lease agreements, services agreements, IT related agreements and other related documents including liaising with external lawyer.
Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of applicable laws relating to the Group\'s operations.

Education/Professional Qualification
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Law (LL.B), Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Law or equivalent.
Professional Experience
- 2 - 4 years\' experience in conveyancing or corporate real estate. - Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Must have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and excel in team environment.
