JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance or Business from a recognized university or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in banking, finance or insurance industry
- Have exposure to both FSA/BNM Regulatory Compliance and AMLA
- Assertive when required, able to rationalise stances taken, and make constructive points
- Possess personality to develop effective and credible working relationships with all levels and business units of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills, acts with integrity, and has an investigative mindset.
- Self-driven and able to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly analytical with strong attention to detail
