Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the quality management systems procedures for the Group. Ensure the system run effectively and reviewed regularly.
• Provide recommendation in resolution of problems associated with the quality management system.
• Plan and perform yearly internal audit programme for the Group to review the quality management system at planned intervals to ensure its effectiveness and enforcement.
• Prepare reports for area audited, ensuring that the articulate key issues, key risks, root cause, finding is recorded and recommend effective corrective action, follow-up and closure of non-compliance issued.
• Assist in yearly Management Review Meeting preparation and presentation.
• Monitor the practicability and add value to the existing procedures, workflow that adequately support audit findings to address control weakness and improve operation efficiency.
• Ensure all work and data is all filled and installed according to the Group Quality Management System / SOP, both digital and hardcopy.
• At all time, maintain and remain strict confidentiality with high integrity in all matters related to the Director and the Group.
• Any other duties that assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in property development or related industry.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management & Administration, IIA, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all layers, ability to provide recommendation, obtain cooperation and promote a team environment to meet objectives.
• Effective negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, positive personality and good business acumen.
• Knowledge of real estate/ property development operation and terminology.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
