Job Description

Position: Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR, iQIYI Malaysia : Implement, and supervise comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning various channels, such as online content publishers, influencers, social media, digital advertising, and internal platform assets. Coordinate and execute content & brand campaigns, including cross-functional collaboration with the user growth team, public relations, agencies, designers, and copywriters. Contribute to the planning and execution of public relation initiatives. Integrate strategic public relation initiatives into overarching marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with media outlets and content pages to facilitate iQIYI\'s press releases and media interviews. Create and manage the social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and engaging brand representation. Plan and execute on-ground events, encompassing content promotion launches, and artist appearances. Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities. Establish targets and monitor performance metrics, staying abreast of social media trends and topics. Promptly adapt strategies to market changes by interpreting and applying data insights. Analyse consumer behaviour, observe market trends and monitor competitor activity. Job Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, PR, or related field. Require a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in planning & executing marketing campaigns. Experience in coordinating digital marketing promotional activities. It will be a plus point if this individual have PR experience and strong media relation of generating coverage for entertainment content. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English with strong communication skills. Possesses moderate proficiency in written Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work independently in fast paced and high-growth environment with tight deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
