Job Description
1. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: This position is required to process new loan and convert dip to money lender and to ensure all loan documentations in order according to sop. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: a. Credit Admin Department
- Handle conversion of dip to money lender
- Gathering information for the loan application
- Evaluating credit history for application
- Collecting date from client (assets, employment status to fill in information for the loan application)
- Process loan application and evaluate the worthiness based on credit rating
- Work with client through the process to build trust, provide customer service through working relationship
- Attending customer enquiries and potential buyer pertaining to credit issues
- Calling and sending reminder to purchaser for payment
- Report
- Ensure all procedures are followed in accordance to raci and sop set, if needed, implementation of new sop
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
- SPM, STPM, A Level, Degree
- Fresh graduated/Experience in Credit Admin/Money Lending
- English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
