1. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: This position is required to process new loan and convert dip to money lender and to ensure all loan documentations in order according to sop. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: a. Credit Admin Department \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle conversion of dip to money lender \xe2\x80\xa2 Gathering information for the loan application \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating credit history for application \xe2\x80\xa2 Collecting date from client (assets, employment status to fill in information for the loan application) \xe2\x80\xa2 Process loan application and evaluate the worthiness based on credit rating \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with client through the process to build trust, provide customer service through working relationship \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending customer enquiries and potential buyer pertaining to credit issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Calling and sending reminder to purchaser for payment \xe2\x80\xa2 Report \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all procedures are followed in accordance to raci and sop set, if needed, implementation of new sop \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time The above functions are by no means exhaustive. The responsibilities of the position will be reviewed/ amended from time to time to reflect the business needs of the Company. JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational/Professional Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM, STPM, A Level, Degree Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduated/Experience in Credit Admin/Money Lending Language Proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
