Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

• To build rapport and maintain good relationship with clients, as well as develop referral network to identify prospects for lending
• To facilitate lending for clients by preparing loan applications, evaluating clients\' financial information and calculating risk ratios for approval authority\'s consent
• To achieve and increase the targeted growth of loan approval, loan disbursement, collection, non-performing loan (NPL) and debt ageing as set by the company
• To evaluate and process the Industrial Hire Purchase (IHP) / Term Loan (TL) applications
• To ensure only the quality assets are booked and achieve the IHP/TL approval target and disbursement as assigned
• Responsible for business development with new client, establish networking and relationship with clients and suppliers

Job Requirements:-

• Applicants must have Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role in banking industry or other financial institutions
• Able to read and interpret documents in respect of hire purchase and loan facilities i.e. Hire Purchase & Money Lending Ordinance/Acts
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to do presentation to a group of people
• Able to interact with people at all levels in a tactful and professional manner, as well as self-driven and motivated individual
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
• Applicants with ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Full time position is available to be based at Melaka
