Job Summary :

-Responsible for providing collaborative end to end solutions that leverage joint capabilities and expertise in support of Colgate\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Development and Customer Service strategies.
-Provides support for the Commercial Business Planning (CBP) process and the critical link to Demand Planning to ensure alignment
-Generates growth and profitability opportunities for both customers and Colgate-Palmolive by collaborating with the customer to reduce the cost to serve, and improve retail in-stock rates.
-The scope of this role of Senior Executive - Customer Engagement where responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Leads the Supply Chain initiatives engagement with the distributors focusing on Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) opportunities, Order-To-Invoice efficiency, and service KPI such as On time, Case fill, Returns.
-Leads the Inventory Management initiatives at distributor focusing on Inventory right sizing study, monthly inventory tracking by SKU classification, SLOB monthly tracking.
-Closely works with Customer Development Managers on collaborative CBP planning, identifying inconsistencies in volume estimates based on historical trends
-Links distributor specific plans to Demand Planning process to ensure alignment and execution by the Supply Chain.
-Monitors the shipment Vs CBP planned volume of key SKUs, shares the tracking and recommended actions for decision making.
-Communicates proactively with Customer Development/distributors when supply execution issues are experienced to manage customer expectations.
-Closely works with the Order replenishment team to ensure on-time arrival of container shipment and timely unloading and invoiced by the distributors
-Seeks input from distributors about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service and Supply Chain performance.
-Collaborates with the distributor to identify logistics network optimization, processes improvements to maximize on-shelf availability and optimize cost.

Essential Job Functions

:

-Establishes relationships within the customers\xe2\x80\x99 organizations. Works with customer Supply Chain team on Service Level alignment and sustainable Supply Chain initiatives.
-Closely works with Customer Development managers on CBP planning, identifying inconsistencies in volume estimates based on historical trends. Links customer\'s specific plans to the Demand Planning process to ensure alignment and execution by the Supply Chain.
-Monitors the shipment Vs CBP planned volume of key SKUs, shares the tracking and recommended actions for decision making.
-Educates the broader Customer Development Team on Supply Chain capabilities and constraints that impact effective delivery of product to the customer.
-Communicates proactively with Customer Development when supply execution issues are experienced to manage customer expectations.
-Manages communication process associated with new and transitioning SKU\xe2\x80\x99s, material status (e.g. SLOB, Discontinued) and ensures synchronization with customer\xe2\x80\x99s data.
- Addresses special customer needs and expectations around product packaging, calling upon the appropriate Supply Chain and Demand Chain resources to develop/offer the most cost-effective solutions.
-Leads opportunities to implement value added services such as Collaborative Planning, Efficient Replenishment, EDI, etc.
-Leads the Inventory Management initiatives at customer focusing on Inventory sizing study, monthly inventory tracking by SKU classification, SLOB monthly tracking.
-Seeks input from customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service and Supply Chain performance.
-Collaborates with Customer Development to identify logistics network optimization, processes improvements to maximize on-shelf availability and optimize cost.
-Supports the enforcement of Supply Chain Terms & Conditions with the customer(s).

Qualifications and Skill set

-This position required to be agilent and able to manage ambiguity in a cross functional team environment
-Outstanding communication ability
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-3+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Consumer Goods Industry. Strong background in planning
-Bachelor\'s degree holder
