Job Description

We are looking for Senior Executive, Customer Implementation who are well-versed with freight forwarding industry. Overall, this role consists of execution, monitoring of overall customer implementation and onboarding process.Job Responsibility:

• Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up
• Ensures that all implementation tasks are performed
• Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
• Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
• Executes GCIPM projects in country and corresponding activities
• Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met and are documented
• Gathers information required to fulfill implementation
• Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g. between Sales, Product, customer
• Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country
• Establishes implementation plans and develops processes, which will result in overall KPI improvements
• Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery against defined targets

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer Onboarding within the freight forwarding business.
• Candidate must have knowledge in freightforwarding industry.
• Required skills: Detail-oriented, Project Management, and proactive in problem solving.
• Required competencies: Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Results-oriented
