Overall : DoMedia Asia is a digital performance marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. DoMedia\'s solutions combine social advertising, display advertising, content marketing, e-commerce solutions, and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers, and publishers. Senior Executive - Customer Success will act as a primary liaison person between Sales Account Managers and other internal stakeholders within the company to ensure that digital advertising/influencer campaigns are implemented successfully. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders within the company to ensure the digital advertising/influencers campaign meets its intended key objectives and deliverables Assist Account Managers in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients and provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes. Responsible for Liaised with the backend departments to ensure every digital campaign is live on time and updating clients on weekly and monthly reports. Work closely with the Creative department to develop the digital artwork, if required by the client Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to ensure that the objectives of the digital advertising campaign are met Attend meetings with clients or internal stakeholders to discuss campaign/project-related matters To carry out additional tasks/work as directed by management from time to time Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education. Digital Advertising and Influencer management experience will be an added advantage. Working experience in a similar capacity in an advertising environment will give an edge Must have good knowledge of Internet concepts and confidently discuss them. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
