Job Responsibilities:

To ensure good customer service and customer follow up.

Assist customers with their enquiries and help to troubleshoot common product problems

To promptly and thoroughly attend to customers.

To ensure that ALL customer service daily operations and administrative task goes smoothly and efficiently.

Must be independent and resourceful with initiative.

Must have high attention to details with minimum supervision.

Handle all inquiries related to Dyson Hand dryer products, providing customers with expert assistance and support

Taking care retailers like ESH, Senheng, Best denki, and Lian Seng after service enquiries.

Follow up weekly basis on the awaiting pickup and awaiting responses.

Daily customer service collection/settlement - (payments)

Update customer Quotations on daily basis.

Assist customer on troubleshooting machine via walk in and Whatsapp

Will be require upon request for company roadshow/event like warehouse sales.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma Cert.

Must be computer literate.

Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.

Fast learner, Self-discipline, adaptable, and Independent.

Must be result oriented, adaptable and a team player

Must have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.

Able to multi- task and work in fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
