1. Welcome, greet, assist VIP's, guests during arrival and departure.
2. Handle guests request, inquiries and complains by using the Service Recovery techniques.
3. Provide information on Penang, Entopia and Teluk Bahang surrounding.
4. Maintain cleanliness at your work areas.
5. Handle and control stocks & supplies needed at your work areas.
6. Assisting disable, senior citizen guests and children.
7. Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
8. Keeping track and checking on the condition of all movable and immovable assets at the Front Office area, Garden, Showroom and Car Park area.
9. Ensure that there is always pamphlet.
10. Reporting any incidents and updating the same in log books.
11. Handling telephone calls.
12. Provide secretarial services to guest such as but not limited to send email, and letter
when request.
13. Escorting VIP's.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
