Job Responsibilities:

This senior executive role \xef\xbb\xbfoffers a pathway to learn about the ever-evolving medical insurance industry. You would handle various data from our clients and work closely with our client counterparts. In this role, you will equip yourself with the knowledge of insurance terms, understand the inner workings of data processing, perform data integrity checking, refine the data using various Excel techniques and coordinating with our Card Processing Department. He/She will \xef\xbb\xbfperforming data processing via our in-house claims adjudication system to setup the various insurance policies and plans. Also, \xef\xbb\xbfsupport and help obtaining clarification on the data with the clients for onward usage by our internal stakeholders such
as the call centre, billing, and sales team. One of the key elements of this position is to provide front facing customer support.

  • \xef\xbb\xbfMonitor and adhere to agreed TAT for Data Processing
  • Monitor and adhere to agreed TAT for Card printing
  • Perform verification for operations team
  • Check and create plan codes based on Schedule of Benefits
  • Assist in setup of data transfer for new clients
  • Attend to complaints by external parties, escalate if needed
  • Provide advise and guidance to junior Data staff
  • Front facing customers to provide business support
Job Requirements:
  • \xef\xbb\xbfFamiliar with Microsoft Excel (knowledge in formulas and macro is an added advantage)
  • Able to read, write and converse in English, in a local Malaysian setting
  • Possess effective time management
  • Degree holder in related fields of Administrative / Information Technology fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to construct formulas or macros will be given preference in selection process)
  • Previous job experience in Insurance industry (policy servicing/new business roles/customer service will be an added advantage)
Remuneration:

RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
