JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and manage contract drivers. Address and resolve contract drivers concerns related to works. Conduct regular session with contract drivers. Provide training for new drivers. Educate all drivers about company policies, procedure and any new operational requirements. Monitor and track contract drivers performance. Work closely with workshop team to ensure the truck servicing, repairs and routine maintenance. Coordinate emergency breakdown assistance, towing, and repair work with our workshop.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least SPM. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to speak in English / Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
